Probably the best Newby BCD this company makes.
This is an absolutely wonderful starter kit. And the price is hard to beat. It takes care of the most important and most expensive parts if your dive kit all at once. Everything feels well made and professional. The BCD is tough as nails and will still work when I upgrade the other parts later. The weight drop system is a really nice feture that you don't normally see on budget/rental grade BCDs, but it also does not hold much weight. I can get a 5lbs in easy and a 5 and a 3 will fit but it stuffs it. I ended up adding tank strap trim pouches to distribute it out more and this has been perfect since. I would recommend this package to anyone just starting out diving and looking to built their kit with quality, but budget friendly gear. Since buying this kit I have bought three other BCDs from Cressi for my kids.
