Overall- better ingredients by a landslide, refreshingly new taste and a great texture. If want your protein bar to taste like a candy bar (why I don't know),these may not be for you. I’ve tried all brands and these are the best. They are light and easy to carry so I always have one in my bag. I’m not a great eater but now must eat something in the morning to take pills. They help me do that. I’m going for high protein, low calories, low sugar. Check. Check. Check. Sometimes I eat two a day. My weight has stabilized, I have more energy and I feel better. It even helps my digestion. I like all of the flavors. Favorites are chocolate chip, coconut and vanilla. People say they are dry and I get that, but I enjoy it with my morning tea or water.
