Came completely melted, the whole product fell out when I opened it. And can’t return….

I feel scammed. The product is so non-existent that it shouldn't be called "foundation". There's almost nothing in the tube (look at my finger for comparison — I'm a tiny person...). Also...mine arrived damaged, and I feel somebody used it. I would like to ask for a partial refund.

Well I ordered this and didn’t read the reviews but I obviously should have because this seems to a trend ! Sending customers a defective product that cannot be used. Amazon should really do better about filtering out sellers like this..Absolute waste of money

I just received it yesterday. First use this morning and the stick does not twist up or down. The actual makeup part stayed in the tube below the edge. Grrr! Frustrated as it states “this product ineligible for return “. Well! That sucks!
