Great tang *by T***Z on Reviewed in the United States on November 22, 2017* Amazingly sharp knife, cuts through fat, meat and sinew like butter. Great tang, very stable, easy to hold, looks fantastic.This is the 2nd knife I've bought from SWITYF and they're both holding up very well and haven't had to sharpen either yet. I wash them and return them to their boxes the minute I'm done with them. I can honestly say they're leaps and bounds above the $50 sets you get at retail outlets, and since I've been buying these I'm never going back to cheap knives, they just work too well. I now can clean the fat and sinew off of a pork loin and cut it into chops in 10-15 minutes where before it was taking me an hour.
