It must have happened on the 4th day or 5th. I started having very vivid dreams that I haven't had since I was a kid and when I was 18 yrs. old. I started taking this for the neurogenesis effects and it really works. The taste is not bad. I mix it with my mocha latte so I don't really know what it taste like.

Obsessed 🤩 I put this in my water every morning. With in 30 minutes I notice my thoughts are more organized and i am able to process and prioritize with deeper clarity, which reduces anxious feelings. I also noticed no afternoon energy slumps or motivational dips. I do have some ADHD and this really helps my get in and out of hyper focus mode with out a great degree of difficulty

Started taking this daily two weeks ago. Im a 56 year-old paralegal who has been working on a huge project with over 200 clients and I needed some extra help with my brain. I have taken lions mane tinctures before so I knew what it did for my brain fog. What I didn’t expect was how much energy I would have. I am also taking the liver cleanse from the same provider, so I’m not sure if it’s the Lions main or the liver cleanse or the combination of the two, but I put them in my tea every morning. I’m not sure why some people refuse to take it because they think it’s too sweet… Just drop it in something that you drink. Problem solved. You’ll still get the benefits. I would highly recommend both of these. I have never had so much energy than the last week it probably took a week of daily use before I really started noticing. I just take one dropper full every morning. If I need a little extra boost, I’ll take some in the afternoon, but I rarely have to do that now. My focus is much better. It’s so easy to just drop it in your morning OJ coffee tea or whatever you drink.

I liked this item. The potency could have been stronger. No taste just put in a glass of water. I had no side effects. Ingredients are organic and thats always a yes for me. The strength could be stronger for me.

This is a great product, it has made a real difference in my life. I’m not forgetful anymore. I feel more secure with a clear mind. Have recommended it many times. I’m 89 and plan to take it the rest of my life. I have already ordered another 4 oz bottle so I’m sure to have it on hand when my first bottle runs out.
