Perfect hand held weights if you wear a smart watch
Great weights! They are easy to hold and do not interfere with the smart watch at all. They are soft-ish, so you can squeeze them and won't get callouses. Very good product.

Use for chair yoga
As a senior with bad knees, my exercise equipment includes a chair and hand weights. These feel comfortable to hold. The straps allow me to put these on my feet and lift my legs to strengthen my legs. The colors make me happy. I have recommended these to friends who all thanked me.

Great for arthritic hands!
I returned these after realizing my hand weakness was not caused by arthritis and was caused by a pinched nerve. But they felt great and if I wasnโt so tight on money I wouldโve kept them. I love that you can take the cover off and wash that as well.

These hand weights aren't going anywhere!
My Mother is 89 years young and uses the 1 pound weights at her exercise classes. She loves her weights! The strap is perfect so the weight doesn't fall, very secure in your hands and there is minium effort to hold on to the weight which is important. The strap is removeable if not needed.

I haven't used them yet but they look very well made and easy to grip. I have arthritis in my thumbs and these will work nicely. I like that the outside can be washed.
