I couldn't tell a difference. I guess they are ok, but for me, not worth the money. Maybe better for normal people.

4 pack of camo 10L cans. One was empty it did not blow anything out at all I have used several of these 10L cans and I know the pressure that comes out when fill when close to empty. This can was absolutely empty and that is unacceptable! *** overall review of product. It on average gives 150-200 seconds of air. The last 50 seconds blow out much less than the first. **** it does what it says it contains 95% oxygen and not blowing it at a candle and expecting a flame thrower is not a accurate test oxygen is not flammable by itself…… normal air contains 18-22% oxygen so this is 4.5 times more . So using it briefly for 3-5 second inhales a few times can help raise oxygen levels. It is not rated for medical use or it would need to be prescribed. Though it does for for oxygen saturation vs breathing ambient air. It Helps with: Panic attacks related to breathing Sports High Altitide Anytime where a small boost in oxygen is needed. Cons: it only about 150 seconds of inhale. So best to use it sparingly even people who use it for high altitude seem to be able to make one can last a good while. It just helps temporarily boost your oxygen saturation.

I have purchased other brands of O2 only to be terribly disappointed that they lack pressure and don't work as advertised. I am a pilot, I have used O2 in flight hundreds of times however, it's not convenient to carry around a 10lb oxygen tank when you are on a hike. Boost is light, convenient and it works. I live at sea level and this month I will be camping at over 12,000 feet for a week. Boost will really help!
