Review: Versatile Percolator - I've wanted one of these stove top percolators for ages. The enamelled ware is of good quality, although the lid seems fragile and loose, it's perfect for the job it does. I've never had any issues with the lid. At first I thought the glass top wouldn't fit properly, but it has and is very secure. I use it on a gas hob but it will work equally well on an electric plate or even outdoors on a griddle over an open fire. It is stylish and compliments the rest of the black appliances in my kitchen. Compared to plug in, electric ones, it very reasonably priced. I get four good normal sized cups of coffee with each brew. I like the versatility of the design, where it can be used at home and also on camping trips. Getestet auf: Induktionsherd mit Papierfilter Outdoor auf dem Hobo-Kocher und dem Zeltofen, dort ohne Papierfilter Die Kanne ist für meine Zwecke einfach perfekt. Mein kleines Extra-Highlight: Ich hatte letztes Wochenende unterwegs kein Wasser dabei (klassische Vergesslichkeit 😉), habe die Kanne kurzerhand mit Schnee gefüllt, auf den Ofen gestellt, den Kaffeeeinsatz eingesetzt und gewartet. Das Ergebnis war überraschend gut. Egal ob auf dem Induktionsherd, dem Kocher oder dem Ofen: 👉 Die Kaffeequalität war jedes Mal gleich gut 👉 und ehrlich gesagt besser als aus vielen Kaffeemaschinen Der Kaffee ist kräftig und aromatisch im Geschmack – einfach ehrlicher Kaffee ohne Schnickschnack. Die Verarbeitung wirkt robust und absolut outdoor-tauglich, gleichzeitig macht der Perkolator auch in der Küche eine gute Figur. Natürlich ist das nur meine subjektive Meinung, aber für mich ist diese Kanne ein echter Volltreffer – besonders für alle, die Kaffee drinnen wie draußen ernst nehmen. Klare Kaufempfehlung! ☕️🔥
