I’ve been using the Zebronics NC5500D for 20 days. The build quality, design, and adjustable angles are excellent. However, it is only suitable for laptops up to 15.6 inches; if you have a 16-inch laptop, it will be too small. The cooling performance is decent, though not as high as I expected. On the plus side, the fans are very quiet. While you can find cheaper alternatives, I chose this for its premium look, digital screen, and button controls—which are much better than the flimsy dial-style controllers on other models. Overall, it's a great product for the price, though I wish the fan speed was slightly higher."

The product is working fine and I was very much satisfied with the product , Its been so many days since I bought this , it has one power button and fan speed up and down button , two use ports to connect the pan to laptop and one for some other usb dongle , I am using it for my wireless keyboard and mouse ,. Weight is minimal , and body built quality is strong,. There is no noise atall , air flow is good I checked the flow by keeping my hand beside the laptop while it's on the pad it feels cool , as my laptop becomes heat very quick this coolpad helped me a lot , and using is very easy as it has incline stand available , and while the laptop is in incline we don't need to worry about slipping of laptop as it has two stand type two things in the bottom of the pad , it protects the laptop to slip from stand and it has slip resistance too.

Amazon delivered a defective product. One fan makes a lot of noise. The fan stops rotating as soon as the laptop is placed on it. Very bad product.

worked well but just for one month now it just stops working lights blinking and fan wont even start

The cooling performance is good and it comes with dual fan support, which helps. It is lightweight and easy to carry. The build quality is not top-notch but still decent for the price. Overall, it offers good value for money.
