Dough Cutter

Brilliant dough cutter, the wooden handle gives it a lovely rustic feel and that blade is brilliantly sharp for slicing through my dough and getting those stubborn dried-on pieces off the counter. Lovely fit in my hand (I’m female if that helps) and easy to wash. Would thoroughly recommend

This is a very good product but not totally suited to my bread making needs. When I want to make bread, I leave the dough to proof in a large plastic bowl. I don't knead but twist and fold the dough. While the Forno Allegro Dough Cutter is very well made, it is actually too rigid for my purposes. I have realised that I need a less flimsy cutter than my broken plastic one but less rigid than this one.

The Forno Allegro dough cutter has a lovely sharp blade that cuts through dough cleanly, cuts through just about anything to be honest! The handle is smooth, wooden and aesthetically pleasing. I’m not sure if the company has more products but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them if needed, they’ve gained my trust here.

Good quality and practical. Recommended if you work a lot with doughs.

Decent quality, and a good size in the hand

Very useful product to have in the kitchen. Not only for cutting dough but most of the time I’ll have it next to the chopping board to smash garlic, strip herbs (the hole on the side) and to scoop chopped veggies from the board to the pan. It’s easy to clean, not razor sharp so you’re not in any danger of accidentally running your finger across the edge and losing it plus the product is really well built.

Pro bakery and looking for old school dough cutter not as well made as I hoped Handel already a bit loose but does the job well and feels good in the hand much better than plastic for sure

I have just used this for the first time and I am very happy with it. Well made and an ideal size for me.
