I’ve used this Biotin Shampoo & Conditioner set four times so far, and I’m honestly impressed with how it performs. My hair feels noticeably cleaner, softer, and lighter after every wash. I e been using this for several months and it has improved the texture of my hair and has reduced the frizz, which is a blessing. But goodness people, the smell is amazing. It’s not overpowering, but gives me that patchouli scent I was searching for.

First wash went well. The only thing I noticed is it’s not as thick as explained in the description. However, it smells great. The shampoo really cleaned my hair. I did a 25 min deep conditioner with a plastic cap and hooded dryer. After blow dry and straightening, my hair was like salon silky. I’m excited to see what continuous use reveals.

This shampoo delivers a wonderful and sudsy shampoo for my hair, it rinses out clean and makes my hair fuller after blow drying it. The conditioner does not make my hair as soft and tangle free as I would like it to however I do use both products each shampoo to get the benefits of stronger and more fullness in my hair; which I feel I am getting.

I have been using this product for two weeks now. The product dose not work very well. I'm still waiting for it to work.

I gotta say, into the second bottle, maybe it's wishfull thinking/seeing, but I swear I see a bit more fine hair and less scalp. I've been told my hair seems fuller, too. And it does feel a bit thicker, too, and looks healthier...'fed' - I like it just because it's good for the hair - still waiting to see about any regrowth, and optimistic on that from what I see in less than than 2 months. BIG TIP - Let it sit on your head for a solid three mins - and work it in, massage it in. But let it rest and work itself in, and that takes a few minutes. Good luck.

First time using this product,so far I have used it once and I have to say that my hair feels so soft and no frizz. I hoping after using it awhile I will see thicker fuller hair. I have to say my hair smells so good. Kept smelling something nice and had hubby to smell my hair and he said it smelled really nice.Will be purchasing again.
