Like the title says - it's a great brush! Best I've been able to find, bristles are just stiff enough on the softer version without being harsh. Been using it for several weeks now daily without any signs of wear (i.e. bristles falling out, etc) like you find on less expensive brushes. If I could change one thing, the brush could be a tad smaller, as I use it mainly for a mustache and goatee but it's not really an issue and gets the job done well. The bristles at the end of the brush are bundled tight enough I can use the tip to "fine tune" the corners of the stache around my mouth. Hope this review was helpful - have a great day! Solid brush. Perfect size for shorter beard and mustache. Easy to clean and the bristles are relatively soft and solidly fixed into the handle.

I have had this for a while and it is still holding up well

I started growing a beard around 4 months ago. I've never had a beard in my life, so at 42 years old this whole world is new to me. I was looking for a quality brush that I could keep in my work bag, for the occasional "touch up" throughout the day so that my beard doesn't look like a grizzly mess. For that purpose it works very well. It's a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but in this case that actually works in its favor - because I did want this to be portable. If you are looking for a larger brush or have a larger beard, I'm not sure if it would work as well. My beard is about 1.5 inches at this point and it works pretty well.

My husband’s beard is so smooth and soft thanks to the Boar Bristle beard brush! He is able to neatly shape his facial hair.

Switched to this when I started doing my beard shorter, and I like it a lot more than my zilberhaar brush. Bristles aren’t as fake and stiff feeling

I purchased the soft/medium bristle brush and find it just right for my short beard. It is a nice size, not too large and not too short, is easy to hold, and is the perfect size to drop into my dop kit for travel. I use it several times a day.

Says hand crafted in Germany. It is manufactured in the USA. It is still an excellent brush. Second cut bristles are gentle enough for skin not scratchy. I use this on my pug mix dog. Needed a small soft brush. It loses a few bristles when being cleaned but it is still new and I think that is to be expected. Over all, a very nice brush. Does not come with travel pouch. Advertising is off.
