Any long-term review of the durability of the seal? I would assume after opening and closing it a few times it would lose tack.

The adhesion of the seal holds up well. No worries there. However, the seams down the side are quite weak. They are very easy to rip if you're not careful.

There single and gatefold ,as long as the packet says g/f ,your find it in the orange box on the packet, I have used these for tripple LPs , no problem.
