Bought this to make my favorite Christmas treat for a friend that is allergic to eggs. I needed to replace the part of the recipe that called for beaten egg whites. This is integral to the sponginess of the cake and not easily substituted. I finally found this and it did the trick. Not quite the same as eggs but close enough. My friend loved the cake and that's all that matters.

I actually came on here to check if I can use this to scramble eggs for my baby but after reading all the reviews I felt obligated to leave my review as well. I too was surprised at the size of the package compared to the price practically a dollar and egg substitute. But for some who has a toddler that is not vegan by choice 😒 I love the result of this item. My baby is allergic to dairy, wheat, eggs, soy and nuts so I have find thing to make her so she doesn’t flare up. I bought this and I have made 4 batches of 12 banana muffins for her that require 3 eggs so for my daughter to actually have a piece of bread free of her allergens. It is totally worth it. The mixture does actually look like egg yolk it doesn’t smell at all I wish I had a picture of the consistency

Such a trash product. Doesn’t work at all. I tried 3 cakes, replacing eggs with the instructed amount of this product. All the cakes came out flat and like candy. And the quantity does NOT replace 11 eggs as the package says. It’s very small. It’s more like 6-8 eggs.

I'm a vegan and I like bean and/or veggie burgers. This added ingredient, when making them, helps to keep the burgers from falling apart when frying or baking. It's great !!

Should've looked at the size first. Came quick though not a fan of it.

Yes, it’s a small, but similar powders are all expensive. Works well for cocktails. Only complaint is that it solidified into a cake long before its expiration date.

Definitely not worth the price for the amount received.

I ordered several types of resistance starch, all similar in price. When my friend and I saw how little this packet was, we actually laughed out loud.
