I wasn't sure if 90L would be enough but my adult gear fits perfectly, not a lot of spare space after jersey, socks and base layers but just enough. That also means it's full so it keeps its shape as a backpack. I've used this for 3 games, two travelled by car and one I walked 25 mins rack way to the rink. The bag is holding up well so far. The backpack straps don't show any signs of ripping off yet. The material is shower resistant so good for walking in the rain or damp changing room floors. The internal pockets are two end mesh and a small central mesh, I keep tapes, laces etc but they're not that large. The internal space is a big cavernous hole.
