Not a sturdy design
The printer didn't survive even a year, page alignment has become an issue with almost all the prints getting stuck due to misaligned in the feeder rollers and pages not being input in proper alignment resulting in paper jam every single time

i bought it with the promotion but it came without the papers and even without the ink which is supposed to come in the original box not the promotional one

extremly hard setup
i have been trying to setup l3550 printer for 5 hours. For mac. i couldnt do it. Alos i have trouble with printers. Have installed lots of printers in my life and this is worst !
