Solid plate quality, great weight range
These plates can take a beating no doubt. Plus i got the 1.25 lb which is in my opinion very underrated for progressive overload. Its hard to get stronger (past your foundation) when your only options are to add in 5-10lbs or do the same weight. Being able to add in 2.5 lbs a workout whn i cant add 5lbs has let me make gains at a more linear rate

I will use these Forever
I love these plates. It is a perfect way to break through plateaus and is very inspiring to be able to add weight every time. It is perfect for progressive overload and arenโt to heavy to include in the gym bag. I would highly recommend everyone who wants to progress over a lifetime to purchase these.
