A very good little 1 device solution
I am giving this little unit top marks. I think it has everything any person would need, who wants to sharpen knives (and tools) on a stone. The two diamond grades are a good choice. Course for reshaping an edge (like taking a kitchen knife from an undetermined edge-angle near 20° to a solid, known 17° angle (good for lots of kitchen knives, except some Japanese styles which like a 14° or 15° edge.) The 'fine' diamond face of this block is very fast cutting, and will sharpen most edges in a few careful passes, if they're near-sharp. The ceramic face works so well at finishing, it's surprising how keen my knives were without stropping. My favorite part of the set is the little edge guide. It is of better Design than the similar one I use. I recommend that each user uses this pretty universally. It's low profile gives a very good read on the sought-after angle. I won't complain, or give marks off because I quietly felt the unit could be a little heavier. It works really well. It's non slip feet are pretty good, and it profits evn more from a little piece of non slip mat, if you have it. All in all very good. Competes well with the 2 sided Sharpal diamond stobe also sold on Amazon (currently for 2 very different prices). Of the 2 I'd choose the Sharpal, and would have a couple other gadgets (a very fine water stone, or some adhesive diamond paper, a leather strop, and compound, etc.) But I think a lot of people will like this unit. And I think they should.

Huge Upgrade from my Worksharp Sharpeners
Amazing sharpener for free hand, and SO much better than Worksharp's similar triple stone model. On the Worksharp it'd take so many passes on the lower grits before actually forming a burr, the Worksharps stone's are also much thinner which makes it a lot harder to do a full pass on the stone. Whereas on this sharpener, it only took around 5-10 passes when sharpening a Spyderco in K390, at 64HRC! I also ended up sharpening my S30V Manix 2 (picture attached) and it turned out great. The angle guide is also very easy to use and doesn't slip around on you. I would highly recommend this, especially for the price.

Good sharpener
I got this stone initially to sharpen broadheads and it’s been great for that purpose and also sharpens knives very well. Sits very stable on the table top. I don’t like angle guide much and haven’t been using it.
