Just a quick tip: if you’re not super tidy when scooping, consider storing the bag in a ziplock to avoid any sticky mess. I like this very much
I have purchased this in the past and do enjoy it for what it is. It does not taste exactly like brown sugar, but it is a decent replacement for it. It is a bit pricey and for me, especially so as I live in the Caribbean, so by the time it reaches us, and we are charged VAT and duty, it doubles in price. Worth it I guess though.
