It's a great size and a great-looking backpack. It can be expanded to make it bigger, which is nice if you have a lot of stuff on that rare occasion. The pockets are great, with a lot of room. The price point is reasonable. I have used it for work for a week now, and I am still enjoying the bag. It will be a great little travel bag. The zippers are good quality, and the battery charge ports look acceptable.My design issue is the security pocket at the back of the backpack is 1 1/2 in or 4 cm too low. It is supposed to be under the luggage strap, so no one will know the pocket is there. I will not remove a star because I think it's a solid black business backpack. I am considering removing a star because there is no external water bottle or umbrella pocket. There should have been a hidden one, but because of the design, maybe it was hard to incorporate. Overall, a 5 / 5 backpack. I would recommend or buy another as a gift.
