I used to have a cat toy that was a telescoping fishing pole made out of cheap plastic. My cat loved it but slowly each extension broke and eventually only had the base left. I still had a lot of the feather attachments so I searched Amazon for something stronger that I could replace it with and stumbled across this Telescoping handheld flagpole. This worked perfectly and my cat loves it. I think this will last a long time.

It was nice while it lasted. A.) It’s not very durable though and it’s now broken. B.) I wish there was a way to make it stay at a certain length instead it’s easily changed by pushing it down or pulling it up. C.) It loosened up very quickly BUT TO BE FAIR it got A LOT OF USE in the short time I used it. It wasn’t terribly expensive but D.) I do think it was more the quality of a $4 or $5 max product. I wouldn’t have spent more than $5 on it if I’d known before I bought it. •••Because of the amount I used it I’m giving it a 4 and also because I do not know how much things like this cost on average. And I don’t want to be unfair. •••

As described. Telescoping arm works great for flags and collapses easily.

The bottom grommet attachment is not connected to the pole so the whole flag slides to the top. Actually there wouldn’t be a straight forward way to permanently attach the bottom clip because they are telescoping. I used them a couple of blocks from the beach and they were bending in the wind. I had to shorten the handle to save them and the flags.

I recently bought these for use at the No Kings rally in my area. I have a 3 by 5 foot Betsy Ross flag that I flew on the pole. There was moderate wind around 12 to 15 miles per hour. The pole bent slightly in the higher gusts, but held up well. My only complaint would be the clips to attach the flag. They are small and hard to get through the flag grommets. But I would buy again if i needed a collapsible, portable flag holder.

Terrible. Cheap. Breaks. The clips I cut myself trying to attach the flag too. The clips are really small so you have to stretch them to get a normal flag to get on. And it broke where the clip attached only an hour into using it. Not at all worth the price. Spend the extra $5 and get a way better quality product somewhere else.

Easy to use and went well for my UGA flag.
