very impressed .. simple connection to smart tv by bluetooth
i got this for 2 reasons, 1 ... to replace my old cordless keyboard as it doesnt connect too well to my PC & 2 ... for the bluetooth so i could pair it to my new fire tv & use it on my tv ... as a keyboard for PC its excellent, connection is perfect, it puts up every single letter i type on screen & dosent lose the connection to my PC which is like 10 feet away, & as for a keyboard to work on my fire tv its also perfect, you just gotta switch between the 2.4G & the bluetooth which is quite simple plus indicator lights to tell you which one you are on, also pairing the 2 together was as simple as making a cup of tea, USB charging is simple, red indicator light shows that its charging, only real difference is its way heavier than normal keyboards but it is metal, & it actually feels better being metal, very sturdy & tough, probly weighs as much as 4 of the usual made in china plastic keybords tbh but it kinda feels better like the plastic ones are just normal keyboards & this one feels more like a bentley or a rolls royce of a keyboard, plus the box is a perfect fit so im using it as a protector, it sits under the keyboard between it & my glass coffee table, over all im very pleased with this product & it feels definately up market to all the plastic ones.

Great to use on multiple systems
Needed a new couch or bed keyboard for watching my computer on a bigger screen for media consumption. I've ended up using it as a really nice general keyboard. I paired it with my desktop using Bluetooth which was really easy to do and is surprisingly stable. The dongle went into my laptop and between the 2 it's like having a keyboard switch without the hassle. A quick key combo switches between the 2 machines seemlessly . The keyboard itself is surprisingly solid. Full metal case or at least that's how it feels. Cold to touch and really rigid. I've had no issues with battery life and even waking from sleep is far faster than my Logitech unit. The keys are really satisfying to type on. No spongyness at all and very accurate. It would be perfect if it was backlit. The only issue I have is the volume controls. These are touch sensitive parts of the trackpad and almost impossible to use in the dark as there is no way to feel them out. This isn't a deal breaker. Especially at the price. All in all and almost perfect keyboard. A few tweaks to a new version and I would buy it. I think it will last for years to come

Not working very well at all
I bought this to replace my older Rii keyboard on my TV mini-pc media centre. The battery on the old one is not lasting very long anymore so I thought a new version would be better. Unfortunately, this new one is pretty useless. The 2.4GHz receiver has a range of 1m or less, which is very poor. The old one worked from anywhere in the living room. The Bluetooth on this one doesn't work at all. PC detects, but will not pair. Overall, this is simply not a workable keyboard unless you're using on a computer that you are literally right beside.

Great for traveling with a PC
I've had it for a couple of weeks, and no problems whatsoever. Battery is fine. Bluetooth is good, and works with my Android phone without difficulty. Not a high end gamers' keyboard, but perfectly acceptable for editing documents and so on. It's a little smaller than a regular keyboard, and the keys are low profile. So not a high end gamers' keyboard, but perfectly adequate for office applications and so on. It slips easily into a rucksack. It's a little heavier than it looks, which I'm hoping is the weight of the batteries. I bought this for travel. I intend to use it via Bluetooth for my phone / tablet when I'm on the move; and via the USB dongle for my mini-PC when I arrive and settle in. I think that's exactly the kind of scenario this was intended for. Watch out for the FN+Space combination that deactivates the trackpad.

Good for casual use
It worked fine. I have a few problems with the product though Firstly, although the clicking was fine, it doesn't feel or sound 100%, I can click away for hours with no wrist pain and it is light and easy to press, although I can feel quite clearly the plastic board underneath. Secondly, the track pad works well, although similar to the keys it doesn't feel nice to use, dragging my finger across it doesn't feel comfortable so I tend not to use it. The dongle is fine, but it took quite a bit of effort to stick into my PC USB port because it was a bit to large, after that though it has worked fine. The dongle also has every so slight latency issues when typing, to the normal casual user this should be unnoticeable, but if you intend to type for hours on end with this thing, don't expect it to feel the most responsive. Bluetooth works really well and I have had no problems with that. That out of the way my experience has been overall positive with this keyboard, typing away on it four hours on end has been perfectly fine despite not feeling amazing and when you get into the zone it isn't too noticeable. The layout is efficient, the slant is nice and everything has just worked so far: no breakages, no issues with connectivity and no major complaints. If you want something that is top-notch and premium this wouldn't be my first choice. But as an adequate affordable solution for casual use this is actually a really good pick, not premium, but sure gets the job done. I hope this fairly long review has been informative.

V good, especially the trackpad
A really neat piece of kit. Even though it's not full sized, it's comfortable to type on for decently long periods of time. The trackpad on this keyboard is probably the best I've ever used - it's precise and picks up gestures really well. The keyboard is light enough that I can hold it one hand while using the trackpad. It also feels like it should be more expensive; it feels refined and just a pleasure to use. I picked this up because a shoulder injury means I can't use my regular keyboard, but I think this one will make its way downstairs to use with the TV once I'm using my regular KB again.
