I bought this item on a whim, as I have recently started using clear protein whey as part of a diet plan set up by my doctor. I hate using shaker bottles with thos funny metal mixing balls in, and was hoping for a passable alternative. I mainly settled on this bottle because I liked the colour and it looked practical. I was not expecting it to be as good as it is, and I am definitely happy with my purchase. The bottle base is rechargable, and the battery lasts around 2 weeks of daily use. I make at least one shake a day, and it mixes the whey perfectly without any clumps. It does make noise, but it's not as loud as I expected and because it mixes quickly you don't have to listen to it for very long. The lid and the bottle are machine washable (the base isn't, but it's easy to clean) and the seal on the spout is tight so it doesn't leak if I decide to take it out and about. Overall, it's made making these shakes a lot easier and that is helping me to keep to my diet plan. It's probably the best bit of health-related kit I've bought, and is well worth the price in my opinion.

I needed a shaker bottle that would guarantee smoothness. Generic shaker bottles never quite work for me as my shakes are usually always clumpy. This bottle however is brilliant. It does a great job mixing the contents well. It's not bladed so cant replace a blender but will do a great job for protein shakes, which is what I use it for. All shakes have come out so smooth. Really easy to wash in the dish washer (barring the base). It's very quiet when mixing and has an auto timer, so it'll stop mixing after a minute or so after you hit the mix button. The charge also lasts ages! Overall really pleased I got this!

I've had several of these types of electric shake bottles. The main issue I've had is the smell that develops over time, not sure what it is with the powdered shakes but if you leave it a day between cleaning it develops a bad smell. This version differs as the base comes completely off giving a better way to clean. Strong motor that blends the powder well.

Fantastic product. I was a bit sceptical as these products can sometimes be a bit of a gimmick or novelty and not really made for everyday use. However, since receiving mine (and although it hasn’t been long) I’ve used it over my traditional protein shaker and it’s amazing. It’s helped to really mix my powder into my water effortlessly. The one real selling point for me is how easy it is to clean too. It’s come a part into three sections allowing you to clean the lid, the main body and the motor section. The lid is superb meaning that the shake doesn’t leak out especially when mixing and the overall quality feels like it’s built to last although I can’t quite confirm that just yet. Definitely worth the price!

Update: Just a few days later and I received a brand new shaker bottle to replace my old one. Very impressed with the customer service. Updated the star rating to 5 since I love the shaker bottle. I bought this in Nov. 2024. I have used it nearly every day since then to make my morning supplement drink. I love how I just push the button and it mixes all the liquids and powders together and doesn't make a mess. The bottom base detaches so it can be cleaned by hand and the rest can go in the dishwasher. I normally would just have to charge it once a week. It was working fine until about a couple weeks ago. The battery wasn't holding a charge very long and I had to start charging it in the middle of the week. And now this week, I have had to charge it every day. This morning, it wouldn't turn on at all, even after having charged it yesterday. So - gasp - I had to shake up my drink by myself! Not the end of the world, but when I bought this bottle to do it for me automatically, well, it is no longer as useful. Before the battery malfunction, this bottle was great. No leaks, very portable, and decent quality. I guess that's why I'm less than thrilled right now. I did send a message to VOLTRX about my issue, so now I'll wait to see how they handle it. I will update if I hear back, and possibly update the star rating, depending on how they respond.
