Incredible quality and value
Bought this to upgrade from a Galaxy A71, needed a phone that was a bit more up to date hardware wise and more rugged than the common popular models. I am very impressed by the quality, performance and features of this phone, as well as the surprisingly fast processor and excellent camera. Though it lacks a headphone jack, the sound quality is superb, and the additional notable features such as the massive battery capacity and the thermal camera are top notch and deliver stellar performance. It's true this phone is quite heavy, but if you can accept that slight drawback the power, speed and features more than make up for it. I'll definitely be keeping for the long haul and highly recommend this brand as an alternative to the major brands who cater to the lowest common denominator.

Updates strip the user of any control.
Loved the phone until recently. A new system update force installs an app called smartart which forces push notifications of random articles and things, takes over the lock screen, and even force stopping and uninstalling the app doesn't prevent it from doing this essentially making it into official mandatory malware. This has completely ruined the usability of this phone. Unless the company revokes smartart I simply can't in good conscience recommend this phone any more.

Se quedó con la pantalla negra a la s 2 semanas y ya no encendió, y su número para soporte esta desactivado. No se los recomiendo

I don't remember how long ago I recharged it...
Cheaper than most standalone FLIR cameras, that feature alone basically feels like your getting a free phone with the purchase of a new camera. Then there is the giant battery which will completely remove your charge anxiety. A great pick for any mechanic, electrician, plumber, or repairman. And I use the FLIR constantly for everything from cooking breakfast to checking the brakes in my car. Very rugged, but try not to drop it, you might break your foot.

Nope
This phone didn't last very long. At first, it was great. The battery held a charge for days. Before long, it started getting quirky. It would restart itself several times a day for no apparent reason. The Bluetooth function turned off and on as well. It's my second Blackview phone....and my last.

Best Battery and Ruggedness
I found Black views in June of 2021 and got a BV4900 and fell in love with it. Now I got me BV8900 and love the improvements. Still the most rugged phone I have ever had. What I love about the new 8900 the most is the battery life. the larger size and rubber case. The price is also unbelievable. I will never ever buy any other phone but a Blackview

Solid with great battery life & good reception
Very substantial phone, big screen, solidly made, multi-day battery with better reception than a lot of phones in the same vicinity. So far really liking it.
