How thick is this cream please? i’ve been using e45 emollient wash cream to wash my hands, but this would work out cheaper. thank you.

It is as good as any other cream. As it is a CREAM it is not very thick. Remember the ointments are the thickest, creams are less thick and lotions are thinner. I use a liquid castille soap for washing my hands and body. My young grand daughter gets dry patches of skin which are sore in winter. She thinks it is 'fabulous'. My younger sister get sore hands, she thinks it is 'marvelous'.
