Already getting a second bottle! I had a rough fall/winter dealing with a RE-herniated disc after disc surgery before Thanksgiving. PT and steroid injections at the disc provided minimal improvement so I ended up going back to surgery in April, and while the first few days after surgery were a relief, I knew the inflammation was going to be back (the surgeon told me the disc and nerve root were very irritated). The pain did indeed return after several days - thankfully less than before - but I started the micronized PEA within 2 days. I’ve been taking 600 mg twice daily with food for almost 4 weeks now (the studies for sciatica had 600 mg twice daily x 3 weeks, then once daily after that). During that time, I have experienced a dramatic improvement in the nerve discomfort - it’s almost completely gone from my calf and glute, and I have been completely off any pain medications (except maybe an occasional Tylenol once every few days). Pairs well with alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) and ALCAR (acetyl-L-carnitine) for nerve recovery purposes. Easy to use: just make sure you take it WITH FOOD (anything with fat) to maximize absorption. Pill size is small (think Tylenol capsules), and taste is non-existent. Happy to be buying something made in the USA with reliable ingredient purity.

This product is the only thing getting me through the waiting for surgery. The downside of PEA is that it doesn’t work immediately like other pain remedies. It took me about 1 to 1 1/2 for it to give relief. But it has given me my life back and I no longer need to wear a knee brace or use a cane. I used to have to live on nsaids for relief and now I don’t need them. It’s not 100% relief but I can walk! I did research on various sites before using…I recommend doing so!

I don’t expect much when I try something new and different, but I’ve used it three times so far and have to admit it has helped relieve my back pain. Small capsules, and compared to other products it’s affordable.

I’ve now tried multiple PEA supplements over the last year for chronic neuroinflammatory pain conditions including Adhesive Arachnoiditis (AA), CRPS, chronic lumbar nerve pain/radiculopathy, neuropathy, and central sensitization. This product is not terrible and did help somewhat with inflammation and nerve irritation, but after switching to Mirica Advanced, I personally noticed a significant difference. The biggest thing I learned as an RN navigating chronic illness is that supplements are FAR more unregulated than most people realize. Many products may contain the ingredient listed, but absorption/bioavailability can vary massively between brands. Some companies underdose, use lower-quality forms, or don’t properly test purity. This brand did provide some mild benefit for me perhaps 🤷‍♀️ • slight reduction in inflammation • some calming of nerve irritation However, Mirica Advanced worked noticeably better for my body because it combines highly bioavailable PEA with luteolin and other ingredients designed to improve absorption and neuroinflammation support. With Mirica, I personally noticed: • less nerve “zapping” and burning pain • calmer nervous system symptoms • reduced belly bloating/inflammation • better overall energy • stronger symptom control with only 1 capsule daily which makes it about $25/month One important note: I strongly recommend choosing NSF-certified supplements whenever possible, or at minimum brands with reputable third-party testing. Unfortunately, I could not find a truly NSF-certified PEA supplement from any company, so third-party testing and transparency become extremely important. Overall: This product is decent and better than many low-quality supplements online, but in my personal experience Mirica Advanced was much more effective for chronic neuroinflammation and nerve pain conditions. This is NOT medical advise and this is my opinion as RN for over 20yrs and a pt living with AA/CRPS 18yrs—-per research I have done better options exist and are 3rd party tested. I needed something to help bridge my taper off gabapentin for a peripheral nerve issue (meralgia peresthestica) and my husband had a reconstruction of his foot two years ago with nerve damage that has not improved. This find is absolutely wonderful for both. The flares I felt have gone away and I'm so happy to get rid of perscription medication, especially gabapentin and my husband can feel his foot for the first time post op. As an RN for 47 years with a background in neuro I did quite a bit of reviewing research articles and this was a great selection.

I have received my purchase and so far the pain has decreased by 3.

Unfortunately, this supplement gave me massive nerve jolts while trying to sleep and lay down, to the point I felt I may of needed to go to the ER. I was excited as many other reviewers recommended this for people with nerve conditions like mine, however this supplement made me feel extremely uncomfortable and in danger for my well being.
