Chef Craft Select Plastic Viennese Baking Spatula, 9.25 inches in Length, White

I already knew I was going to like them as I use these, at our uncles, on a regular basis. It is one of his favorite kitchen tools. His was looking a little rough and he thought that there was no way he would ever find something similar. That thing is over 30 years old. It took me some digging but I found it! On top of that... I could get it in a 2 pack and have one for myself. Lets just say that he was so happy to have a new one! They are flexible enough to use for many different purposes. I really love it for scrambled eggs. It can take the heat! Because of the material, it is the perfect weight to hold and is very easy to clean. It is not 2 bulky so it is easy for storage as well.

I'm so glad I bought this Vienna scraper; it makes every job easier in terms of scooping foods to spreading mayonnaise to scraping bowls. Because of its shape, width and size, it easily scrapes the sides of my Kitchenaid mixer without having to lift the mixer's head up!! Another best and unexpected use, is utilizing it as a scraper for molds in cake decorating. Instead of using a knife to take off excess fondant /gum paste off molds, I use this amazing tool. It cuts/scrapes off the excess product cleanly and without cutting/damaging expensive molds. You will love this scraper so much, you'll probably want to gift them to loved ones. You cannot beat this price for such a well-made tool that has so many uses. I'm going to now place another order for myself since I only have one; been too busy buying them as gifts for others.

These are great for non stock pans and to not scratch. Super easy to clean and very useful!

The only reason I pick five stars is there's not 10 to choose from. By far these are the best semi rigid spatulas ever developed. I'm OCD to the 10th power. I watch cooking shows and it drives me crazy when they're putting their ingredients together and they don't scrape all the goodness out of the bowl. I'm the same way with my bread baking I figured if I got to put the time in to put the ingredients in and mix them together I should at least get a big majority of the ingredients out of the bowl. When I first do the initial mix of flower water etc there's an accumulation of dough residue on the sides of the bowl. After that first mix I scraped down the inside of the bowl with that new spatula and I was in heaven it's flexible but it's rigid at the same time it made scraping the inside of the bowl effortless great product keep up the good work I bought two of them by the way and I'm so glad I did. I have what they call the Noah's ark syndrome. After covid hit and there was a scarcity items at the grocery store I started buying two of everything and it paid off this time good job guys and gals great product you won't be disappointed I guarantee it by two heck buy a handful and give them to your friends and family members they'll be so happy you did they'll love it and be their best new gadget in their kitchen.

Larger than I really wanted but can reach the last bit in a mayonnaise jar, for example. I do wish it was more flexible, though.

Perfect for non stick pans. Love the thin blade to easily release the food from the pan.

Did not know the name of this shape of spatula. I had an old one did not know where I got it, but searched for the spatula by description and turns out it’s a Viennese spatula. It’s perfect for scraping sides of my stand mixer.

This is one of my most favorite tools in the kitchen when it comes to spreads and slicing cakes. Not the usual item you find in any store. My mom has one for as long as I have been alive and have not found one in-stores anywhere and was grateful for online shopping where I had to do extensive searching for this exact item. Durable, sharp, perfect size, family favorite tool.

Tengo mucho tiempo buscando esta espátula. Compre una hace varios años y no había podido encontrar otra igual. Esta genial para hacer pasteles y hasta para cortarlos. Es la mejor espátula que haya tenido. Es muy flexible y la uso para todo. Prácticamente es la única espátula que uso para hacer pasteles, repostería, panes y demás.. Súper recomendable! Llego muy a tiempo y todo muy bien.

Terrible product. Not at all heat resistant. Melted and bent the first time I used it to detach the bread loaf from the tin. Waste of money. Made in China.

Fabulous spatula for baking. I bought one years ago and have been looking for ages for more, just in case it gets damaged. I couldn’t imagine a better baking spatula - it’s my “go to” for baking and icing.

Works well to scrape the mixing bowl. Worked to loosen cake from the pan but can't be too hot or it will melt as it is plastic.
