Each layer of foam holds upto 25 bottles. It fits most of the regular rounded bottles even for many of the liquid foundation bottles. As for Smith and cult, it probably won’t work since it’s a special sized bottle. **Q: How many bottles of polish does each section hold? I have a lot!** A: Each layer of individual bag comes with a 20 spots holder that allows to hold upto 20 bottles. 3 times of the capacity with 3 layers of bag. The whole unit will carry upto 60 bottles. Nail polishes and tools do not come with the bag, all Kiota bags are sold empty. **Q: I ordered mine and it didn’t come with any foam pieces??
