I recently found out I have food & environmental allergies & needed to rebuild my gut & stop the histamine. After researching I found this product. After I took it for the 1st time, I notice a difference in my symptoms. from 1 dose I am noticing a change but still have symptoms & along with food avoidance to the allergens, only time will tell and I will update my review based on improvements after 60 days; not sure on appetite control since I didnt notice anything in this realm; there is a little earthly grass aftertaste but nothing you cant power through.Texture, didnt notice since I put to the back of my tongue and drank 3 at a time until all 12 tabs as directed, these are rather small so this is achievable. My thought process on why I chose this supplement in my health journey is to assist in gut health & chelation/binder to accompany new diet of fresh veggies like cilantro which is a natural chelation. After researching this particular chlorella Pyrenoidosa, this one is far more superior from the other forms. Please do the research because if you read it for yourself you are more likely to understand and apply it.

I purchased this Sunlit Best USDA Organic Premium Chlorella Tablet because I have to have frequent MRIs with a heavy metal contrast that can build up over time in the body. After researching natural ways to chelate heavy metals from the body , Chlorella kept coming up in many websites. I wanted something organic and non GMO and like to support small businesses. Currently I am on my second bag and without a blood test it’s too early to know if it is effective in chelating yet but these tablets are so much easier to ingest than the powders I previously used and I seem to be sleeping a bit better, probably because of the magnesium. The tablets can be swallowed or chewed and do not taste bad. Chlorella is also said to support immunity as well as having other health benefits.

I decided taking chlorella due to irregular heavy bleeding MP. The Chlorella is very small and easy to swallow (w/drink). I hate huge multi vitamins. It chokes me and tastes horrible. This tastes like green tea. It makes me healthy and lose weight. Someone complained stomach pain.
