They were roasted on 5/17/2024. Pull a triple shot and made latte with it. It tasted very pure and a little chocolaty. I was afraid they might be stale since they were roasted more than 2 months ago, but with the sealed bag and one-way valve, the beans were not stale. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the chocolate notes in this coffee *by J***M on August 8, 2024* I’m no coffee connoisseur but when I drink coffee, I do know what I like. I do like this coffee especially with the subtle chocolate notes. I do add some sweetened non-dairy creamer so the flavor of the coffee doesn’t have any bitterness or acidic aftertaste.
