Now I’m from a country where 99% of Doctors are “textbook” doctors who don’t research after med school. I’ve had a recurring case of infections and have been “abusing” antibiotics to the point it almost stopped my heart. Started suffering from irregular heartbeat, went to doctors upon doctors for a cure to this. They all told me it was “psychological” that I was too stressed and the last one told me I should visit a psychiatrist like I am mad. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Long story short I took matters into my own hands and research brought me here. Now I suffered from especially moderate to heavy staph growth which made me weak everyday. So I saw that this drug has the strain bacillus which doesn’t coexist with staph, so I decided to give this a try as it was Amazons choice too. I figured my stomach gut was depleted. But I didn’t even fathom the extent this would help me. First day I took this, it was the most weird feeling ever. I felt like I was about to float in the air, my whole body was different. At night, I felt things running inside my body from head to toe. I tossed and turned, finally I slept. (Forgot to mention, I also had sleep issues. I couldn’t sleep and was very weak to do anything prior to taking this drug.) That first day I slept, next day I woke up and felt strange. I stood up fast from bed and didn’t even feel any atom of weakness or dizziness which was my usual routine every morning. Dragging myself out of bed was a norm for me. But now I felt stronger. Kept taking this as instructed (2 everyday 12-hourly) and I did this religiously for 2-weeks. I noticed drastic changes, I slept better, woke up stronger, my heart rate didn’t increase and decrease sharply again, I could walk long distances now, I COULD CONCENTRATE AT WORK and now I could eat Rice, bread, and other carbs without having my body reacting immediately. In short, I got my life back. I couldn’t praise this probiotic more. I went to tell my doctor and he kept saying it was my psychology. Lol, incompetence at its highest when you cannot learn something new. I am by no means saying this is a cure but it sure is a way out for those suffering like I did. Now everyone is different, when I saw this was working for me at a point I started feeling nauseous. I paused taking the drug for 2 days, then resumed with only one per day and it worked for me. Recently, I went to the hospital as I had a fever, got tested and told me I had a bacterial infection. Now I read about this, 1-in a million people who take probiotics encounter this, so I’m chill. I’m now taking the antibiotics prescribed for me. I just ordered another bottle of this probiotic as my initial one is exhausted. What I should have done now is to take the antibiotic and 2-hours later take this probiotic to balance the good bacteria which are also being killed by the antibiotic I’m taking. But I guess I’ll wait till my order gets here to begin again. Some days into taking the antibiotic, I am not tolerating rice as much so I’m excluding most carbs till I can replenish my gut again. Prior to this, if I ingested any antibiotic my heart would start racing and my body get so weak I’d think im about to pass out. Now my heart tolerates the antibiotic as usual. My case definitely sounds like one that doesn’t occur much, but I guess someone else may be experiencing something like this, that is why I am taking the time to write this. To help you out there, probably in a third world country too where the medical system is out to kill you but first drain you financially. This is a nice drug and probiotics are not harmful just listen to your body while taking them, you’ll know what works for u.. my only hope is they don’t start producing this in China. Probably the only thing I support Trump for. American made products never let down. Just hope I can travel out of this country soon to somewhere things work because Nigeria is a “pre-existing condition”.

My DO prescribed me a probiotic that cost $100 for a bottle of 30 and I simply could not afford it. It did a GREAT job but the price was simply too much. I started researching the list of ingredients: Probiotic #1: Bacillus Subtilis Probiotic #2: Lactobacillus Rhamnosus Probiotic #3: Lactobacillus Casei Probiotic #4: Lactobacillus Plantarum Probiotic #5: Bifidobacterium Longum Probiotic #6. Bifidobacterium Breve Probiotic #7. Lactobacillus Acidophilus I found all of them in Advanced Probiotic with Patented DE111 Strain and at a fraction of the price my doctor was charging me. They have worked fabulously!!! All my previous issues are gone. I continue to take 1 daily and will continue as long as i can purchase them. Thank you for providing us a fabulous product at an affordable price. Thanks again. Update: It’s now August and I continue to take this product. I ran out in late May and after about 2 weeks without the product I could feel the difference. My heartburn came back with a vengeance. This tells me that maybe this product isn’t strong enough. I take 2 pills a day 2-3 times a week. I now have regular movement and honestly my life and gut are much better. Still cannot eat after 7pm but shouldn’t be eating that late anyway. This product still gets 5 stars from me Thank you...

Helped with loose stool, but Florastor works better. Florastor however is a lot more expensive.

S. Aureus (aka MRSA) is a bacteria commonly found in sinuses among both healthy and chronic sinus sufferers. With both groups as potential carriers of sinus MRSA, why some suffer and some don't is still unknown. However, MRSA has been implicated as the driving culprit of many chronic sinus infections. There are a few research articles floating around on the web, showing how Bacillus Subtilus (DE 111 trademark and main ingredient of this probiotic) is effective against Staphylococcus aureus. After discovering how easily DE 11 is available, like this product, I began tests by mixing a capsule worth of powder with just enough water to create a paste and applying using long cotton swabs. After applying into sinuses, I noticed relief within a few minutes. I know this sounds crazy, but I can't begin to describe how quickly this probiotic formula reduces inflammation and beats back infections. For maximum effectiveness however, I find application is needed 3X day. Given all the gimmicky expensive and ineffective sinus treatments out there that do little, I highly recommend giving this small investment gem a try for your sinuses. So far in the 20-30 years of testing a multitude of private and commercially available products, only 3 have been helpful for me. This is one of them. Is this product the silver bullet of all chronic sinus infections? Definitely not, given the multiple causes of sinus infections and the unique conditions of every sinus sufferer. However IMHO the potential of DE111 combined with other promising probiotics will be profound. A refined product could be the new primary treatment for chronic sinus issues.

So far so good. Purchased this to fight nail fungus From the inside out, and I’m going into the 3rd week of use and it appears to be clearing up. Unfortunately I rated the product lower because It is not available for purchase any longer. Frustrated.

I've been taking this for a few months now and love it! I started with a really pricey spore probiotic when trying to recover from some autoimmune troubles and have been gradually trying others at more reasonable prices to compare results and BOOM this one just hits that sweet spot, price and effectivity could not be better! I've been on a gradual upswing since starting this particular probiotic <3 I've recommended to several people. My sister also takes this now after a few rounds of antibiotics and is also loving the result. Thank you for making this available at a reasonable price, you are crushing it! 🫶🏽

I ordered these to add to my "yogurt" when Dr William Davis recommended adding subtilis to his mix. Just to check I made a batch with nothing but three caps of this in 48 oz of half 'n half and some inulin. It came out fine, so I know the spores were alive.

I eat yoghurt, drink apple cider vinegar, so have enough good gut bacteria. What I needed was a Probiotic that would bypass the stomach acid and reach my intestine to continue the good work of digestion. This product did just that. Highly recommended.

Just realised that this contains maltodextrin. A big no no. Even though it is still unopened amazon won't let me return it. Also doesn't say how much subtilis is in this product. Very disappointed.
