Bought it for my granddaughter aged 15 who plays in goal for Durham city under age 16 ladies team and has been selected for Durham County under age 16 ladies. She is loving the book, reading a bit every night and it is helping her a lot. The diagrams are good explaining the text. She is taking the book on holiday.
