Is this hobtop designed for PNG as well or its for LPG only?

Our hobtops are capable of working with both LPG and PNG. However, it is necessary to replace the inlet jets to ensure its functionality with PNG as well.

What's the difference between Hobtop and Built-in-Hob?

The Hob top can be used as a Free Standing and can also be fitted in counter top/granite/slab, whereas Built-in Hob cannot be used as Free Standing.
