I like the camera quality and it has a better response and it's very sturdy.

No support from manufacturer of Lavan locks. But after complaining here I got the service
Iโve 2 years warranty and Iโve raised query about the battery which is blotted and not working at all. There is no answer from Lavna people on either WhatsApp or email. Now my Lavna smart lock investment and installation cost has gone waste. But after complaining here I got the battery replaced and the lock has started function as off now. Thanks Amazon. Thanks Lavna team.

Prone to faults.
I have used this product for just a little over a year now. It performed well for the most part, nothing extraordinarily good or bad about the lock. It did it's job. The wifi function is quiet slow even on a 100mbps connection. Overall, didn't have any complaints as such. Exactly near the end of the warranty period last month, I started experiencing battery drain. I figured it may be an issue with the batteries the first couple of times, but the issue continued and I burned through 16 batteries within a month (4 at a time). Mind you, I used the recommended Duracell AA alkaline batteries. Now I have to pay for the repairs. It's surprising and really concerning that the issue arose exactly at the end of the warranty period. I hope it is simply a coincidence and not by design. Edit: Service is non existent. They make you pay in advance for the part and technician visit and then fail to send anyone. I have had to fight for almost a week for a refund of the repair charges and still no positive response.

Great Features! Amazing price!
I have been reviewing on Smart locks for almost 6 months and confused with the features ,cost and quality . Found this accidentally and later the review was quite good. More over the features they offer with 6 in one opening model is the plus point for the price. And with great Indian festival the purchase and delivery was simple. The installation I made call to their service no and they booked it with all the details and requested for the door photos .it was assigned to same day. The service agent was very professional and . He analysed the existing lock pattern and with minimal changes he installed the new one I couldn't see any difference from outside and door was intact . He helped me with setup and all the model. App is self explanatory and easy. Advantage is the wifi remote unlocking feature. If the camera is also attached it would have been complete package . Overall happy the performance . Reviewing after 4 months of usage

Good Lock
Lock is good, App can be improved. Fingerprint sensor is very sensitive. Even slight change in angle of finger results in failed operation.
