These are the BEST!
I have been making biltong for years and searched in vain for good biltong hooks. I am so glad I found these! They are simply the best I have ever come across. They are large but not overly so, very sharp, well made and easy to clean. What is not to like. I have used them several times over the last 6 months and they are perfect. I will have many years of happy biltong making. Thanks to the supplier!

Does what it says on the tin...
If you're looking at this product on Amazon, chances are it's for a very particular reason. These work alot better than the "bent paperclip" technique of hanging strips, so just buy them already, what are you doing reading the reviews?! They are the right tool for the job. Seriously though, I would recommend these biltong hooks. They are reusable, food safe, and work a treat. Just be careful when sticking the sharp ends through your meat, as they can stab through and poke your finger.
