I cant even mix it. The liquid tastes bitter. Does this mean its old?** A: Cream is much like natural peanut butter, it separates over time. We were hoping to find something comparable to (don’t laugh) Trader Joe’s maple butter after their seasonal supply ran out. Nova is good but Trader Joe’s is off the charts good. We’ll work our way through this one and try another brand, hoping for one as good as Trader Joe’s.
