Brought this has I needed to replace apart on my van only needed 3 rivets to do the job and it worked perfectly. The garage want £60 to do the job which cost me a tenner to do myself 👍 well worth the money

After one use, the shaft of the rivet jammed in the mandrel. Second attempt, same again. I didn't go for a third go, using a rivet gun shouldn't be as frustrating as this one. To cut a long story short, as the title suggests, it went in the bin (I think the scrap man would have brought it back). Don't bother with this one.

Easy to use and hand where you need a tit grip.

The handful of times I would have liked to have used a rivet gun before now, I've made-do with a nut and bolt instead. However, I needed one recently to fix a clip to a steel barrel because there just wasn't space for nuts and bolts, and the clip don't need to be removed again. Bought this thinking that even if it were junk, it should hold out for the four rivets I needed to put in. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it actually is, especially for the price. Very easy to use.

Item is okay, comes with rivets so for a quick fix is good, however rivet gun is slightly poor quality and feels flimsy.

I had to rivet a piece of plastic and a bracket on a tube-fork protector on a dirt bike, and I had to order like 150$ worth of OEM parts to fix it, but with this user friendly rivet gun, I was able to fix my broken part and put everything back together like nothing happened. I had never riveted anything in my life, and this tool is amazingly easy to use and no nonsense. First rivet and pop, all done and excess cut itself, so, just one crimp and the job was done. If only all tools could be so simple. Anyway, this tool just save me like 130$.

47 pop rivets is all I was able to use this tool for, actually only 45 did work out, the last two didn’t come out. Any new rivet I try will not be grabbed by the jaw. I didn’t use it to hard materials, only aluminium materials. It wasn’t expensive but to be able to use it for so less rivets makes it expensive and a waste to the environment. So it’s good if you have a very small job with not much pop… Amazon, can I return this so you can take care for proper waste disposal ?
