Lol Before I read the directions I was taking 2 before class and 2 after. Nothing negative happened. Ive dialed it back because it runs out quick. I am on the monthly renewal plan and always run out before the new one gets here but not enough to need whole other jar. Its cheap enough to try so I would, you might like it too. If you are looking for that ZING and AMPED UP feeling, I dont get that from this. Just fees like good healthy awake energy. Im not kicking any harder, just lasting longer lol. Love the flavor and the recovery aid!
Bought this for the sake of the electrolytes but also BCAA plus Energy! It's been a game changer for my workouts! I make sure I take this during my workout.. slowly sipping on it. It aids in recovery, but helps hydrate my body with the amount of fluids I've lost from sweating! I've tried a lot of EVL Nutrition products, I had no doubts with this product! I love it! I'll be purchasing more once I run out!

Good product I use it as a mid day energy boost bcaa keeps my muscles from fatigue, I like the fact one to three scoops depending on what you need

Great as a daily or before your pump
I really liked this Grape Splash flavor. About the right amount of grape, not over-the-top like some of the C4's can get. I get up at 4:00 a.m. in the morning to go to work and started taking two scoops in the morning alongside a cup of coffee and it has made a huge difference in my morning. Not jittery just plenty of energy and mental awareness. Use three scoops before a workout and definitely can feel the increase in energy. I feel I'm able to increase weights and squeeze out a few extra reps. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Great product
I use this daily in a half gallon of water with 2 scoops. The taste is great, reminds me of a grape popsicle! I have used similar products from other companies and decided to give EVL a try, and I can say I am not disappointed. Provides a nice little caffeine boost with the added BCAA. Already purchased another bottle within 2 weeks of using, but different flavor.....again, very pleased.
