I bought this Karaca Urban Metal tea pot set mainly for everyday tea making, and overall I am quite satisfied with it. The size is very practical, especially for two people. It is compact but still large enough to prepare several glasses of tea without needing to refill constantly. The stainless steel feels quite thick and durable, which gives confidence that it will last a long time. The build quality overall feels solid. One thing I noticed after using it for a while is that there was some color change at the bottom of the pot. This seems to happen with stainless steel cookware over time, but it does not affect the performance. I was initially skeptical about using a glass teapot on an electric hob, but it has performed flawlessly. As a bonus, the tea seems to taste noticeably better too.

The teapot is in terrible condition. The entire bottom section of the upper pot is severely rusted, making it completely unusable. I have never seen a Turkish teapot rust this badly, especially when it has barely been used. I own another, much cheaper teapot that I have used for over 10 years and it is still perfectly fine. This item is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose. I would like a full refund or a replacement.

Anyone know how to use it? . There's about 2 pages of warnings and cleaning advice, another 2 pages on the warranty but nothing on how to use it to make tea!
