Hanumanji moorthi is awesome. I felt blessed when I received the package. Perfectly packed and delivered. No damages.

Hanumanji picture not completely printed. Left foot partially missing. Mace partially missing. Amazon directed me to a US based website for contact to resolve as first point (as per them preferred option to resolve before refund). ..Their website only has an option of general queries ..Amazon uses refund as a “we-have-addressed-the-issue but they don’t understand getting back once money after an extremely poor shopping experience (wasting time ordering, waiting and returning ) doesn’t make it sorted. Reflects very poorly both on amazon and the company who claims to be “iconic” but don’t even hv a quality check to ensure the picture is printed properly. July 29 update: I contacted the company based in US which was on the amazon link as first contact for the seller. Seems that company has nothing to do with the seller. Amazon has posted a wrong link of the seller website. So there is no way to reach the seller to make him sent the correct picture at present ..there is no market place internal contact which amazon uses for comms to the third party market place sellers in this case.
