The best hair dryer I've ever used by far, and amazing customer service! Loved it so much I purchased another as a gift! Truthfully, I hate drying my hair, I only would do it a couple times a year. I have thick hair, so I'd much rather air dry, because it takes so much time. My sister mentioned she loves her hair dryer, so I did some research. I won't mention the name, but after realizing they were $400+ and often just quit working, I decided to look at more reliable alternatives. I wound up finding this dryer, and after reading reviews, thought it was a solid choice. Boy was I right. Ella Bella, where have you been all my life? I no longer hate drying my hair, it's light, powerful yet quiet, has various heat settings and attachments - it's perfect! I've been complimented multiple times and had people ask if I just got my hair cut, because it's so smooth and shiny.... Nope! Just dried it, nothing fancy! If you're looking to upgrade your old hair dryer at an extremely reasonable price for a high quality product, this hair dryer is amazing! I mentioned customer service - they have a great warranty, and when I registered I ask a question about the power button. They responded in minutes!!! You have to hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on and off. I found out that's by design so it doesn't accidentally shut off when using. I highly recommend this dryer and this company! I'll be purchasing another for a 2nd gift!

This is an amazing hair dryer. I’ve had it for close to a month and it has changed my hair quality for the better and reduced the time I spend on my hair while improving the overall look and feel of my hair with less heat damage. I actually look forward to washing my hair to freshly style it since getting this dryer. I’ve never had an ionic hair dryer and I can tell this is actually doing something that regular forced air hair dryers do not. I have very long, thick hair (waist length or longer) and this dries my hair from root to end in about 15 minutes if on the highest power setting. My old Conair took easily 25 minutes, plus I still had to style with additional heat to achieve the same look I can get now with a round brush and this dryer. It takes an extra 10 minutes to “blow out” my hair exactly how I want it after drying, but again, it’s so easy and I don’t have to use additional heat after drying. This makes my hair so shiny and smooth. It is very lightweight and sound is much quieter than your standard hair dryer. I will be gifting my younger sister one of these for her high school graduation to take to college to save her time getting ready. Highly recommend!!

I love this blow dryer! It is light weight. It is quiet. It's easy to handle. It dries my hair quickly on low settings. I have white, fine, straight, short hair. I use the middle heat setting and the middle blow setting and use the small attachment. My hair comes our smooth and shiny. The instruction book is clear, but you can go online and watch their videos. I love the long cord. I haven't yet had the need to clean it, but that looks easy and thorough. I like that there is a 3-year warranty on the product - that tells me it should last long. It's a bit pricey, but I did my research and found that this was a reasonably priced product for what it does, compared to others which were much more expensive. I think it's worth the price!

Took a chance when my old hair dryer died. . . After a lot of looking, I settled on the Ella Bella, and have not had any regrets whatsoever! The packaging itself was purposely and expertly done. Very much reminded me of the packaging of other quality electronic products that I have experienced. The dryer is a thing of beauty! Very light, but not cheaply made. High quality metal products are used here. Buttons are firm and respond easily to the touch. The built in display is not overpowering, just large and clear enough to see what is necessary (even with my not so good eyes😂). I particularly like the way that pieces, or attachments, can be added or removed, by way of magnetic connection. Nice touch! All connections, both electrical and magnetic are firm and are very stable. Performance is, in my opinion, top notch! It runs relatively quiet, for a dryer. Different, from what I'm used to hearing from prior products. A higher pitched sound, but not overpowering or annoying by any means! The different heat and speed selections are more than enough to do the job, whatever it might be. I really appreciate the simple, but effective, way to clean the product as well. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making this dryer. Well appreciated! I've been using the Ella Bella for over a month now, and I have been very pleased with the product, from the quality and performance, to the outstanding customer service. I couldn't be more pleased! It certainly is my "go to" dryer!

I needed a new hair dryer and have read several reviews of various brands - I found that the reviews of the Ella Bella dryer seemed to fit my needs. I have curly hair, so needed a good diffuser, but also wanted attachments for when I feel like the straight look. I also wanted the ionic drying feature and a lightweight dryer (my old dryer was just blowing hot air and was heavy and bulky to use - it was drying out my hair and leaving it frizzy, so I decided to pony up the money and buy a more expensive dryer that would be better suited to my hair.) When the dryer arrived, I was excited - of course took it out of the package immediately and put on the diffuser and did a test dry - unfortunately, the diffuser didn't stay on during the most powerful blow dry setting. I was so disappointed - I looked forward to the magnetic attachments. since most diffusers don't stay on that well. The dryer itself is awesone - 3 heat settings, 3 power settings - it is lightweight, my hair dries quicker with less frizz and lookes healthier - but......I couldn't use the diffuser. I texted customer service with the information I received to set up my 2 year warranty. A lovely woman named Ruth got in touch with me immediately - I told her my issue and she was ON IT. She asked me to send pix of the diffuser and the hair dryer and immediately diagnosed the problem..the magnet that was supposed to be on the diffuser got stuck in the hair dryer itself, so couldn't work when the high power setting was on. She immediately told me how to remove the magnet from the dryer and sent a replacement diffuser, which arrived yesterday. I am happy to announce that it works flawlessly. As I said to her, the strength of a company isn't when things go well, it is how they manage problems, which happen all the time. Ruth was great - we texted a lot and she made certain that everything was going to be all right. I highly recommend the dryer and the company and, although there was an issure in the beginning, I feel justified in giving a 5 star rating for all of the above reasons. Kudos to Ruth and Ella Bella! This hair dryer is amazing ! It’s so light weight ( and very pretty ) and dries my hair very quickly - easy to handle and buttons are all in the right places so as not to hit a button you didn’t mean to hit ! The attachments have a very tight magnet and I’ve had zero problems at all with this dryer ! So happy with my purchase and the company has been great reaching out to make sure everything was good with my purchase ! You won’t be disappointed if you buy this hair dryer !

I can’t recommend this hair dryer highly enough. It is so lightweight and small but really puts out the air to dry your hair. My arm doesn’t get tired and I can style my hair in so little time. It does not cause the least amount of frizz. The first time I used it my boyfriend complemented how good my hair looked. It is well worth the price and I’m so glad I bought it. It will be ideal for traveling or taking to the gym. I don’t think it weighs a quarter of the weight of my old dryer. It would make an excellent gift for anyone who who hand dries their hair. 5 stars aren’t really enough !!

I’ve used this dryer for over 2 years and it’s the best blow dryer I’ve ever used. Lightweight and powerful but also on the quiet side compared to other dryers. Great range of heat settings. I kinda wish the lowest air flow setting was not so powerful, specifically for drying bangs but I got used to it quickly. Also, the customer service is seriously top notch. I had a problem with my first dryer, contacted customer service. My dryer was still in warranty and they easily replaced it.

It was time for me to upgrade my ancient hairdryer, which was very basic and always sounded like it was getting ready for take-off or rocket launch. I was looking for something that dries hair quickly without damage and is a bit quieter than the standard dryers. My hair is not difficult to manage so I didn't want to spend the money on a Dyson but wanted something similar. I have fine hair, mostly straight with a bit of wave, if air dried. This dryer has been perfect. It is pretty, small and comfortable to hold. It has a good range of different heat settings, including a cool blast (which makes my hair shiny), and dries efficiently. My husband is very happy that it is also much quieter than my old one. It's still a hairdryer, so it isn't noiseless, but it's pretty good.

I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I’ve have wavy/frizzy hair and always had to blow dry it straight. The diffuser works amazing and I can wear my hair curly now! I love how the attachments are magnetic, and the product itself is extremely lightweight. I have zero complaints about this purchase, highly recommend!

It is a good hair dryer I have used a dyson and it isnt quite as amazing as that but it does a good job. I dont typically blow my hair dry but if im away it is compact and gets the job done quickly. I would be too concerned if it got stolen while im away. The price point makes it easier to purchase a new one.

Don't hesitate, just buy it. I've had other big name brand dryers that were twice the price of this one, and do not even compare. It somehow makes my hair so shiny, and gives volume that I didn't even know was possible to achieve. Another amazing thing is how light weight and QUIET it is. I'm so happy with the Ella Bella, everyone needs one!
