I’ve always suffered with upper back pain. Well over the last few months this has become lower back pain as well but to the point I can barely move off the sofa. I use this all the time now and it’s been shockingly good. My back obviously needs that support and this thing fits perfectly.. ok it digs in abit if it’s too tight and wearing it for too long can be uncomfortable but it really depends on how tight you wear it. It’s worked for me.. and nothing for my back pain ever has so I’m just waiting for my back to decide that this isn’t cutting the mustard anymore lol

I wasn't sure about this having tried several others but I was pleasantly surprised! It has helped my back pain to the extent that I can be almost pain free for long enough to complete some housework, shopping or even some ironing. I just pop it on for about half an hour to make sure it is in the correct position before I continue with my day.

This is an easy to use and comfortable lower back brace which im using for my lower back issues

I work in a warehouse distribution centre, so im mostly lifting goods and heavy crates/goods for 8 hours, so having this helps while working. good product, material is good and no discomfort at all.

I've tried GPs painkillers, chiropractist,hypnosis,physio exercises,infra red treatment- all of which did not help with my bad lower back pain- but this belt is amazing! Pain is now only neglible with this- I am truly overjoyed with how effective this is in really reducing my back pain. Thank you so much for this product.

No recent purchase of a back brace to compare, however common sense tells me although reasonably made or put together, the quality of the materials are not premium. Gives sufficient support but begins to get looser as you wear it. Adjustments are possible of course. If you are looking for something more immobilising then this belt might be it. Being slightly more expensive than average I expected an above average product, it's average as you might expect from an average price product.

Bought this to go on holiday- I knew I would be walking a lot - best most comfortable belt ever. Highly recommend

Too big for the size

It's a pretty nice and effective brace. It fits beneath or on top of clothes well and offers more lumbar stabilization than just compression. It releaves sciatic pain and allows me to do more for longer. The only way I thinkI could do better would be with a custom, medical grade brace. But those are expensive and my doctor doesn't want me wearing it too much as to weaken spine/torso muscles. Comparing it to two braces I bought from large retailers, it's all around better.

This brace is the only one I found that has worked for me. I use it when I have to walk a lot. It doesn’t correct the issue but it elevates the pain from sciatica. I know I lost a little weight but I think it’s stretched out now I may have to get a new or a smaller size. I purchased XL

Then brace does a pretty good job supporting my back. I ordered the size that should have fit comfortably but I found it to be a bit small. I was close to the end of having any slack but it works anyway. Also the front where all the closure is tends to roll up while sitting and digs into my abdomen. The only real gripe is having to take it off each time I needed to use the toilet.
