Overall good experience
The burner is good and the glass is strong and scratchless. The burner itself has no noise and auto-ignition works perfectly on batteries. It is very easy to use Nd easy to install ourselves even though faber sent an installation expert to install it for the first time. The burner is quite safe and there has been no gas leakages in the last one year though it lacks an auto cut feature. we are satisfied after using it for almost one year. The delivery had some issues like the wrong model being delivered etc so we had to get it replaced twice. But post that the burner has been functioning flawlessly. The post sale service for faber is also satisfactory. So overall it has been a good experience

My Experience.
PRODUCT: >The look and finish of product as per images are totally exaggerated. In reality, product is not that good looking, just a standard looking black glass top, ridiculously overpriced. >We get just 7mm glass thickness, after paying 20k+. >Knobs are a bit tight and not that appealing to hold/use. >It uses D size type battery instead of aa/aaa. (Fats ones, used in old generation touch and radios). >Made in China. COMPANY (FABER): >On the day of arrival, i got 2 msgs from "Faber India" that i will be charged 400 rupees extra. >Truth is, extra charge was for WARRANTY (not extended warranty) which was mandatory for hub top (if i rejected, i won't be given ANY warranty, as per customer care of "Faber") All this in the name of installation, in which they have clearly mentioned that any work done (ACTUAL installation) by their services guy will be charged EXTRA. Installations should be free for new products. >Service guy had problem that why the package was opened. As per him, the package was to be opened by them only. I showed him the OTP SMS from Amazon, clearly mentioning to CHECK THE PACKAGE BEFORE GIVING OTP. Then he started showing attitude, so we politely cancelled the entire installation procedure, and opt for return. SELLER: >Despite taking 16 days, they missed the warranty card, user manual and steel pan tray (A rough sum of the total discount we got). >Although documents can be downloaded from Amazon, still, it was mentioned on the box content that documents are present inside, but in reality it was MISSING! >Order arrived after 15 Days. That's understandable, since it was fastival time, but supprisingly the price was unchanged after the offer period! AMAZON: >I am literally greatful to Amazon for escalating and providing fastest resolution so quickly and effectively. >Even though i had the video evidence of unboxing, Amazon never asked for any such proof (showing their trust level for their customers) PERSONAL OBSERVATION: >Whole process from order placement to amount credited back took 25 Day, (let's not consider the interest) yes, amount was stuck for 25 days because of choosing such a company. >Product experience not as per the images provided.
