Quality appears to be good. Magnetic holds the bits sufficiently.

I think this may be the best version of this adapter I've used. I'm not a mechanic, but I try to find quality products for all of my diy repairs. The fit is tight and the magnet holds strong. Tekton has a great finish quality and I recommend them completely. It may not be a common size being 3/8" drive, but there are plenty of special 3/8 drive ratchets that help get into tight spots or more leverage. I'll likely get a 1/4" drive one to replace my low quality existing one.

Excellent addition to my mini ratchet. I painted the socket red to differentiate it from the non-magnetic sockets.

Works great, my bits are held in securely and I don’t worry about them falling out. Snaps in great to whatever tool I’m using it on.
