I was charged with obtaining a new camera to support my church's livestream. Prior to that task, I wasn't aware of PTZ cameras, but my research led me to this one as being an appropriate camera to meet our needs. I'm glad that I found Tongveo. It's a GREAT PTZ camera at an exceptional price and backed by world class technical support. The camera is placed at the back of the sanctuary which is about 60 feet from the pulpit. With a 20x zoom, it does an excellent job of zooming in on the speaker. As part of the service we like to zoom the entire sanctuary so that our livestream viewers can see everyone. By setting up 4 presets (back left, front left, front right, and back right) we can easily pan the entire congregation and return to the pulpit preset. While the presets are nice, the camera easily zooms to the unexpected scene that we want to present. We were able to easily incorporate the camera into our livestream capability. The camera needs to be placed behind the cameraperson since the remote only works when pointed to the front of the camera. This caused us to connect it with a 16' active USB cable. Upon connecting to the computer, it was quickly recognized by our OBS streaming software. We simply added it to one of our scenes and it was ready to go. After almost 2 months of use we started to experience the camera freezing during one Sunday service. Tongveo technical support suggested it was likely either the USB port, USB cable, or camera. I was expecting it to take a while to determine the problem with the likelihood of not having the camera available for the following Sunday service, but was pleasantly surprised to see Tongveo willing to send us a replacement camera in parallel with our testing the USB port and cable. The replacement camera arrived on Wednesday, which gave us plenty of time to be ready for the upcoming Sunday service. It turned out that the new camera solved the problem so that our livestream never missed a beat. Way to go Tongveo!!! I have no problem recommending that anyone needing a 20x PTZ camera consider this one.

I used a similar model for years until it was discontinued. Tongveo suggested this latest model and it is a great replacement. It has good HD video and is a great price considering others on the market. This one also outperformed another popular brand that I will not name. The PTZ works really smoothly. We use the usb connection and stream our church services. Adjusting the lighting and focus is taking some time to get use to and dial-in but those are great auto features also. J'ai beau réfléchir je ne vois pas tellement ce qu'elle n'a pas qu'on serait en droit d'avoir à ce prix. + Dans un environnement bien éclairée, la qualité de l'image est très correcte. On peut même tout à fait l'envisager en stream. + Télécommande, elle aussi très complète. + Mouvements très fluides. + Zoom également fluide en mode lent. + Montage mural/plafond possible et fourni. + Possibilité de faire tout une installation de ces caméra en série + Micro correct mais sans plus + Le prix pour une telle caméra. Les moins - Pas toujours simple tant il y a des options qui ne sont pas toujours bien clair

We use this camera for Zoom transmission of our church services. It has proved fantastic in every respect. Windows picks it up as a webcam over USB and the optical zoom gives great picture clarity when framing the image. The remote control means that a number of presets can be set up before the service so there is no amateurish panning and zooming back and forward.
