Review: Perfect PTZ Camera For Our Church At A GREAT Price - I was charged with obtaining a new camera to support my church's livestream. Prior to that task, I wasn't aware of PTZ cameras, but my research led me to this one as being an appropriate camera to meet our needs. I'm glad that I found Tongveo. It's a GREAT PTZ camera at an exceptional price and backed by world class technical support. The camera is placed at the back of the sanctuary which is about 60 feet from the pulpit. With a 20x zoom, it does an excellent job of zooming in on the speaker. As part of the service we like to zoom the entire sanctuary so that our livestream viewers can see everyone. By setting up 4 presets (back left, front left, front right, and back right) we can easily pan the entire congregation and return to the pulpit preset. While the presets are nice, the camera easily zooms to the unexpected scene that we want to present. We were able to easily incorporate the camera into our livestream capability. The camera needs to be placed behind the cameraperson since the remote only works when pointed to the front of the camera. This caused us to connect it with a 16' active USB cable. Upon connecting to the computer, it was quickly recognized by our OBS streaming software. We simply added it to one of our scenes and it was ready to go. After almost 2 months of use we started to experience the camera freezing during one Sunday service. Tongveo technical support suggested it was likely either the USB port, USB cable, or camera. I was expecting it to take a while to determine the problem with the likelihood of not having the camera available for the following Sunday service, but was pleasantly surprised to see Tongveo willing to send us a replacement camera in parallel with our testing the USB port and cable. The replacement camera arrived on Wednesday, which gave us plenty of time to be ready for the upcoming Sunday service. It turned out that the new camera solved the problem so that our livestream never missed a beat. Way to go Tongveo!!! I have no problem recommending that anyone needing a 20x PTZ camera consider this one.
Review: Great Streaming Camera for a Great Price - I used a similar model for years until it was discontinued. Tongveo suggested this latest model and it is a great replacement. It has good HD video and is a great price considering others on the market. This one also outperformed another popular brand that I will not name. The PTZ works really smoothly. We use the usb connection and stream our church services. Adjusting the lighting and focus is taking some time to get use to and dial-in but those are great auto features also. I’ll keep you all posted.

**Q: Is anyone use it for live streaming church services before?**
A: This camera has everything I wanted in a PTZ camera for streaming my church services. It has a 20x optical zoom, it moves very quickly from one preset to another, it handles the extreme brightness range on the preacher very well.

**Q: How about the quality of the pictures?**
A: The images / video are crystal clear at 1080p with optical (not digital) zoom

**Q: I can only get the fra-end controls to partially work in the zoom conferencing software, only zoom but not camera aiming. has anyone got this to work?**
A: If you control only one PTZ camera in a huddle room, I recommend you to use the remote controller to operate the camera aiming, more smoothly and most fast. not all software can control it.

**Q: Unable to control camera ptz function via uvc.  pan and tilt do not work, only zooming works.  camera attached to a pc running zoom rooms**
A: Some of our old version can control PTZ movement by remote control and control keyboard, we will upgrade later to  be controlled by UVC
