Finish sub par

Price was right, fitment was good but good grief, the finish is ridiculous. Looks 10 years old after 6 months and the receiver hole is the worst and I've never put a hitch in it yet.

Very poor installation instructions.

Well it arrived box open on both ends, so known if detailed instructions were not in box. Just 1 double side sheet of parts list very simple directions. Watched numerous you tube videos, but don't follow the U-Haul installation info. Remove heat shields bolt hitch directly to frame then heat shields over top. Heavy bugger need two people to install irregardless.
