## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used on the insde of a motorcycles gas tank?**
A: No, I think. There are other special coatings made for that specific application.

**Q: can it be used on bare metal or does the metal need to be etch primed first?**
A: It is recommended that it be applied directly on bare metal. I used a wire brush attachment on a drill to remove as much of the rust off as possible, then painted directly on the metal.

**Q: I can remove the rust, from my table saw. I want prevent it from rusting again.**
A: If you can remove all the rust. Then I would remove all of it clean it good and use a self etch primer and oil base paint.  I wasn’t happy with Smaphy’s product. I followed their half as directions and it never cured.

**Q: Is this heat resistant and can it be used on engine components?**
A: The heat resistance of this product is about 400 degrees.
