I didn’t really ask my Doctor.
I have high blood pressure, it was bound to happen. I’m overweight kinda lazy and salt is my favorite food. I’m like a horse with one of those salt blocks you see at the farmstore. (I wonder if horses have high blood pressure ?) it didn’t solve my problem. However I think it is helping a wee bit. It’s also the smallest pill you will ever swallow.
