Sony CFM10 BoomBox - Black, Stereo, 2.0, Auxiliary, Cassette

I bought a more up to date cassette recarder (Vextra) about a year ago which worked very well at first. Then through illness I had to put it aside for several months. Though the radio worked well at first thecassette mal functioned immediately on resuming use, the cassette mechanism jammed up totally, It still makes a good radio however though expensive . This Sony seems a whole lot sturdier and functions well on both aspects, So far it is a 5 star for me.

A classic, no-frills tape player and radio that still works as well as it did in the 1990s. I needed a cassette player as my old one broke and this was a perfect replacement.

Smells really musty. Couldn't get the smell out.

Product condition was exactly as described by the seller. Excellent tuner compared to the crap produced by the Chi-coms today. Very good mono-sound quality. Glad I purchased this Sony "antique."
